CoTalent: Empowering European teachers

    • The CoTalent Project empowers European teachers to challenge talented students, helping them to develop their full potential.

    The CoTalent Project addresses the problem that talented students in European higher education are not being sufficiently challenged. As a consequence, these young people do not fully develop their talents and skills for a successful start in society. Europe cannot afford to lose talent in such a way. One way to handle this problem is to better equip teachers.

    CoTalent offers three tools to helps teachers in higher education self-evaluate their views towards talent development.

    The first tool will help you to discover your teacher talents:
    Characteristics tool

    The second tool will challenge you to visualize your identity as a teacher, lecturer, coach or researcher:
    Roadmap tool

    The third tool will help you to reflect on your own views towards talent in general and talented students in particular.
    Stereotype tool
